icing my lame elbow right now.. bleh.

Bio: Morningsleep = 8 hours
wakeup = 2 PM
bw = 150
morning resting heart rate = didn't measure
soreness = left heel slightly, hamstrings slightly
aches = right tennis elbow slightly - bad at night, sacral spine issue flaring up
injuries = toenails wrekt
feel = good
Food2 PM
- greek yogurt
- wheat bread with peanut butter
- beet + tart cherry juice
- pure sugarless green tea
Session: Afternoon4 PM
run to court:
- ~5 mi in ~42 min
jumps at court:
- felt really good actually.. even though highest was 10'4, everything felt great.
- ~15 jumps each
- also some long runup practice from half court
run home:
- 5 mi in 1h:2min:xxs
- could have been good but abdominals kept cramping up.. was actually able to run pretty fast
- cramped up like 5 times hehe
Food7 PM
- 2% milk
Food10 PM
- huge spicy stir fry with grilled chicken, green pepper, yellow onion, mixed nuts, red pepper, jalapeno, carrots, and schezuan sauce + coconut aminos
- pure sugarless green tea
- some blue corn chips and fresh salsa
excellent meal!!!!
got some sauces from whole foods.. might get some more next time i'm there.. just more flavors to toss into my stir fry.

iced elbow for 30 min. bothering me alot tonight.
