- 50 lb @ R=12, L=7
- 50 lb @ R=8, L=7
- 50 lb @ R=7, L=5
single arm db curl: 40 lb @ 2 x 5

- 70 lb @ R=9, L=9
- yay!
single arm db row:
- 70 lb @ 15
close grip semi-sumo deadlift:
- 185 @ 5
- easier than last time
single arm db curl:
- 40 lb @ 5
happy about the single arm db bench.. slowly gaining strength.
in addition to my last comment to lbss: ya i'm basically just deep in the comp-sci/noob math world right now, so, spending lots of time outside of that bothers me. getting these lifting sessions in feels good though, trying to get some strength/physique back :f
