aches/injuries = none (yay!!!)

jump rope: 1000 rotations
run: 3.4 mi, sucked but lack of calories so..
pushups: 25
ng pullups: 7
standing hamstring: 10

pc!!

ping pong tournament at work:
- epic!
- went 2-2, double elim.
- the champ went 9-0.
- there was ~30 people in the tourney.

run: ~7 mi
- ~3 fast
- ~4 relaxed/slow

eek!!

if i do that i'll never get back into dunking.. lool

little cold.. hope i kick it quick.

Have you got any times? What is 'slow' and 'fast' 3.4 mi? or do you just go by feel for now?

i just go by feel for now. when i'm going 'fast', i'm pushing the pace to the max.. so basically, staying just under my limit for the entire run. 'slow' is basically just coasting completely relaxed, could keep that pace up forever.
