Saul canelo alvarez has chose clottey as a strong contender to defend his title against, I would prefer him than kirkland.

Looking back at clottey's fight, man he was awesome, I found this highlight video on this news site, he looked good against cotto of that time lol, I think that probably clottey had won that fight, but haven't watched the entire fight.

it's an ok fight I guess

There is also a high probably, i know we have heard this alot, but there have been talks, mayweathers camps have shown interest in pacquiao, showtime and hbo have shown their interest, roger wants the fight and there is a high possibility mayweather may face pacquiao after maidana early 2015.

   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

i used to love clottey.. until he fought pacquiao.. no idea what the hell happened to him during that fight and after.

i'd love to see pbf wreck pac before he retires :)  gotta get through that maidana rematch first though.

havn't journaled in the last 5 days.. basically, 5 days ago I ran, wrecked my calf.. took 2 days off. Ran yesterday/today. Really fast today, felt great :F




might get a membership to a boxing gym fairly soon... really looking forward to going in there and hitting the back & maybe jump roping etc.

- fastest i've run so far.. felt great.

Trying to pick up my pace more consistently.. I think running slower actually makes me more sore. Picking up the pace has left me feeling fresher after/next day etc. I just run better when I run fast, I guess that's pretty obvious.

It seems mayweather is reshuffling his team, but rafael garcia has left the team, the cut and hand wrap guy, ariza introduced another guy who wrapped his hands better, and also a major one is that he might be splitting up with leonard ellerbe because of how the rematch was organized and mayweather was not happy with it.

- ran intervals because i was cramping.. My intervals were approx a mile each, give or take. Ran three of them.
- lungs are matching legs now

going to keep pushing the pace.. get my speed way up for 3.5mi, basically specialize in it.

Def agree, he was worse in this fight then in his first fight, they also made him lighter making him more susceptible to hits it didn't help him in not getting tired as he got tired more quick in this than in his rematch, mayweather moved a lot this time as he had to put his 147 and 154 title on the line, which he didn't want but ellerbe made it happen somehow, that's one of the reasons for getting rid of ellerbe. I don't really like boxers who move around too much I like pacquiao's aggressive style, fights like pacquiao vs marquez I loved not soo much mayweather who doesn't engage a lot.

great job with the runs man keep it up.

I just watched the clottey pacquiao highlight fight and I don't understand why people as well as you feel clottey performed bad against pacquiao, is it because he did too much defense and less offence, if so did people actually think if he was more offensive he stands a chance against Manny Pacquiao. For me joshua always fights close defence so I think he could have been more offensive like against cotto but I don't see him standing much chance from not being knocked out it was his strategy to tire manny out who would punch his gloves a lot of time.
