Catch the fight yesterday?

The Devon Alexander fight was not very exciting soto wasn't that good and they both were tiring out very quickly more so soto Devon needs to get into shape, he was good against purdy but not good against hard hitters

Robert Guerrero fight was incredible kamegai was rocking Guerrero head back fight of year candidate maybe it was round 1 style brawl all the way to round 12 not much tired in round 12 refreshed as if round 1 brawled all day long the judges voted correctly imo.

I saw algieri match excellent boxer took the power away from ruslan shows from his kickboxing background big mouse on his eye it was shut but still got through i gave it 8-4 rounds to algiery. Want him to face danny garcia he will beat him shows he can handle power and take their power away. Also studied MSC in nutrition shows he could get weight easily lol

   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

~40 minutes of running. Much better (speed/pace/breathing/legs) than last time.

I've been drinking 2L bottles of pure green tea per day... hah. No sugar, pure green tea, so it's mostly water and antioxidants.. wonder what that's doing for me.

ran again! ~3 miles again.. after i finally stopped, i recovered a bit, then did some higher paced intervals.


ended the night configuring some chef cookbooks for the adarq.org dev container.

really tired, gn!

Just want to know during your dunk training stage around 2009-2011 the peak, did you study a course or degree in strength and conditioning to learn what you knew such as maximum beast method of 20 reps or was it through Google research cos you knew a lot back then and still have that knowledge.

nah.. The pay in the tech world (programming/engineering) greatly exceeds anything I would make in s&c. It's extremely hard to try and find a link between "s&c coach" and "millionaire". We could easily make a link between "programmers/software engineers" and "billionaire" though. Plus, I find tech more interesting. It was my "first passion" (other than basketball growing up). Started coding C in h.s. (9th grade) and became obsessed with UNIX. I turned to s&c around 2005 when I "misinterpreted the future" and decided to switch all of my goals. I love s&c don't get me wrong, .... but I'm a unix nerd at heart, so programming/software/networks stimulate my brain the most.

I havn't achieved "much"... :F Transforming my athletics was definitely a legit achievement. This forum/motivating others is another.  However, I have ALOT more to do.. This last year has been settling in to the tech world, making my impact at the company I've worked for. There's so much more to do.

I have one project that I never really mentioned, it's been on my mind alot over the last few years. I want to open a "half boxing gym, half hacker dojo". The fusion of athletics and nerdom is something I'm very interested in. The same dedication/passion we bring to athletics/training carries over directly to our intellectual goals (which is where we will most likely see our career/financial success).
