weight in morning: 158
weight after workout: 153

2 hour afternoon workout:

basketball dribbling/jump shots/dunks:
- legs felt jello-ish today, sucked.. it's cause i didn't eat alot of bananas yesterday for sure
- all my jumps felt weak i only had a few good ones.. but i guess they were good considering how weak i felt
- i did about 60 jumps or so for sure..
- i finished off with 2x10 two hand rim touches, 10'2-10'3 on each one

philly cheese steaks + lots of ice cold diet coke tonight, word.

ya, the jump i had on that slippery court was WAY better, like 34 for sure.. im glad i jumped ~31" or so today feeling so crappy though.. tomorrow i might do a TON of 1-step lead in two hand rim grabs/touches.. see how many out of like 50 or 100 i can get.. we'll see :F

ill post w/o in a bit i was out all night.


i don't think im going to do my sprints tonight cause i had a HUGE salad and basically an entire pizza, plus 4 scoops of ice cream.

oh also, last two days ive gotten dizzy, it's out.. like legit dizzy out of nowhere.. weird.

Man, you think you're skinny, I'm only 75 haha. Was up around 77 until I went to Afghanistan and had two weeks of, um, "loose movements."
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

stopwatch double click proves beneficial yet again.. will blog about it tonight so i have an official post i can refer people to, and the exact stop watch you should get.

i was flying jumping!!!!! hit 3 dunks, 1 was real hard. :F ....... busted my hand open too, piece of my finger chunked off.

kind of nutty... just got alot of (expletive) figured out now.. goal is 40" RVJ without any weights.. body composition goals are around 145 @ 5% body fat, getting close, 156-157 right now pretty lean but got more fat to shred.

pretty hard dunk today i was flying, which is funny koz i did 60 or so jumps yesterday, but i felt so off yesterday, CNS was shut down.. so my CNS was fine today, calfs/quads a bit drained, so im optimistic i could get 35 if "EVERYTHING GOES FINE"..
