aches/injuries = left back/left hip, right knee slightly
diet = 2 tspn coffee + hamburger burrito, dunks, 3 hour walk (45 min ~20 sprints up a huge hill, walk down), 5 egg burrito, rested max = 275 x 5 + NGP=8, 5 egg burrito with avocado

i dunked for 50 minutes double leg, made two dunks... got up good on a few jumps.. it was SO HOT.. double leg was toast, and i was annoyed i hadn't landed anything good.. so then i say F this, im going single leg.. and i started flying single leg.. made 6 dunks lmao wtf.. a few real nice ones, a few really nice misses.. PR SLRVJ's for sure.

Even though I'm slowly transitioning towards 2 leg jumping as my weight increases, definitely 1 leg take offs FTW!!

ya man i couldn't believe it when i got there.. i tried finding a court on my "Vacation", that's the court i found.. what a sick park that is.. those rims were so soft too, really nice..

ya.. i think im finally addicted.. i will not go a week without SLRVJ'n as long as i am able, at this point.. the potential is crazy i have to train slrvj hard.

i was going to get my mom to throw me lobs today, leonss style, but my double leg jumps were sucking so bad for the most part, and i was missing everything.. so i didn't.. ill have to get that done though in the near future.

ya i LOVE how it feels.. i imagine if i stay consistent, 2 months from now it'll overtake my DLRVJ.

and ya that'll happen with weight gain.. i ate way too much during my 'vacation' haha, 135 looks far away right now.. looked close 2 weeks ago :D
