diet = 4 tspn coffee + 5 egg burrito, dunks, quick-sesh#1{rested-max=275x5 way too weak, ngp=8, pmghr=6, pushups=36, CR=50}, quick-sesh#2{same as #1}, 6 bananas + burger burrito + coconut water, stuff, quick-sesh#2{same as #1}, 2 banas + some PB
glad i got 3 sessions in of lifting + dunks.
man im SO tired its insane.. 5 hours sleep again last night.. hoping for 10+ tonight.
