If you're still sick drop the cheese. Eggs are also heavy, so you should add cayenne/turmeric/ginger, parsely. Get stuff like that in, spices that will just clear the body and burn the infection away. Of course you don't want to lose strength, so I guess keep the eggs, but add the spices

ya exactly.. and one thing i hate even more is when people try to impose on your goals/training, for example, ill use myself.. i just enjoy dunking hard and trying to jump higher, i catch so much heat because "i don't do tricks".. people will support me on youtube for say, a few months, then flip out and rage that i keep doing the same shit over and over.. most people on my youtube now understand and love the vids, but that used to happen and still happens.. im just using that as an example because it's a weird psychological disorder in my opinion... people "wanting to see someone do something else", when they could just go watch videos of elite level athletes do it better than i could ever do... why would any1 want to watch me windmill when they could just go watch golden child, lmfa0f0f0.

soreness = 0
aches/injuries = 0, still sick slightly better

diet = 5 hardboiled eggs + 1 habanero, 6 eggs scrambled + 2 habanero + 1 cheese in tortilla wrap

2 sessions of 275 x 5 rested-max

light bball work at night, did some dribble up dunks and some weak lobs, some nice jumps off one leg... legs were def jello but man i was flying for how shitty i felt, and the effort i gave...

gonna be skying at 130, t-dub status.

forgot to link this yesterday. i dont even know what pins im using but depth is good for my half squatting off pins..

anyway, 275 x 5 rested-max, no food prior or anything.. so pretty good lift imo.

about to go for 305 x 5 rested-max.. that'd be a huge PR.
