i think that was the best dunk session of my life, today.. insanely amp'd, fucking so much bounce, so much power.. yelled on like 75% of my dunks, yelled or grunted.. only bad thing was somehow i hurt my left elbow real bad.. footage coming way later tonight, going to see some family.. i shut the gym down, no one came over to shoot on my court, and there was like 30+ people on the other half+other courts, so many people watchin lmao.. was nasty.

LOL it was one of the greatest for me today as well... maybe it was the temperature or something. I mean, it was definitely for me, it was hot but not "hot", just perfect for my body to become awake and powerful. No idea what's going on.

All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg

Today I played absolute atrocious basketball. I even got a wide open fast break and couldn't dunk it. Clapped against the rim and got a silent 2 points with no D on me.

   Try grapeseed oil, it tastes like butter but healthier and won't burn as easy. Good vid, you were so hyped talking bout the haters that you spit directly on the camera haha. Keep that fire and take that shit out on the rim!!!

    How long are your dunk sessions btw?

that one was ~45min or so.. usually an hour, but i've been rushing my dunk sessions quite a bit, really keeping the tempo up, in the last few.. the FAU gym one was 50+ jumps in 45min, yesterday's was 40+ jumps in 45min.. crazy pace, all thanks to massive banana intake haha.
