no idea about his program, but he has some nice vids.. he's getting some kids pretty strong


overall nice vid, some of those squats look scary though, especially the below-parallel box squats with rounding HEH.

Yeah I know this guy and he worked hard during the years. He also has some nice exercises and things he does.

What I would REALLY like is to get in touch again with Joel Smith and make him join this forum.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

straight up respect for that dedication in that vid..mang a shit load of stuff went wrong and they still worked through it

It would be great to have him her imho. He seems to be knowledgable (though the squats had some bad roudning)
