Just wanted to say.... the program is just plyos, but it was the first legit program I used back when I was in high school.  I bought it after I was sick of air alert... It is the BEST plyometric instructional program out there, really well done, and combined with its autoreg setup, you can make some good gains off of it.  Of course there are better programs out there especially those that integrate strength training.  (although there is strength training in the program, you just have to put it in on your own, which I did when I was doing it)

I went from BARELY being able to dunk with two hands to being able to do windmills and 360s off one leg on this program, I think I gained about 5" on my single leg jump in about 3 months time.  I also could dunk for the first time off two legs after using this program.

I wouldn't really recommend this program in modern times, but when it came out it was the SHIT.  Great plyo resource, and influences a lot of my plyo work today.  I'll be coming out with a cool depth jump instructional video on my youtube site shortly however.... should be within the next week.  So most anything you could learn in that book will be on the video.
