not sure why you guys are your saying flying in four is a scam.  I have it, it's legit.  I'm pretty sure kelly wrote the workouts.  All it is is basically three different 4 week programs, beginner , intermedaite, advanced and it includes a little about stretching , the testing day what to do.

ya those 1 month blocks seem solid from what i've seen.. definitely not a scam.

on the actual topic, plenty of info out there, it's all pretty simple, spending money makes people feel better about doing something for some reason, though, it's not needed imo.. the info is out there, the exercises are known, it comes down to improving your lifts, jumping, improving fitness, improving body composition, eating clean, getting enough sleep, etc.. ok pay me $100.

Or you could instead listen to me say the same things, but I only ask 90$. Or 150$, if you think a more expensive package is better (ala The Vertical Project).

Thank you, I await your check.

I would pay for this only if it pertained to increasing my penis length and only if the testimonials were REALLY solid and believable.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

If you look in your template, you will find that the sprints are 85% for weeks 3 and 4.  These are 6x100m sprints.  I understand if Adam told you differently, but if you follow what is written, that is what's there.

I'm sorry I mixed my thoughts and my memories. I asked adam about the speed of the 2nd week sprints, and he said (not the exact words) that I should attain at a fairly high speeds (not max) and he did not specify any % speed. (Sorry, I just made up those numbers (70-80%) as to what adam said as fairly high speeds. I estimated those numbers from the next weeks sprinting speed which is 85%). And I forgot that the 2nd weeks sprints were only 6x80m. I apologize for my mistake. And maybe that second week sprint is an exception to the rule of, Max speed should be attained when the distance to cover is less than a 100m. And those sprints are most likely made just to prepare for the next weeks' sprints.
Lont term:
175klsx2
Jump Snatch 75kls x 1

Short term before Peaking.
130kls x5

It is overpriced, sure, but at least two members on this board used it with good results. NBA3840 gained 4 inches or so in four weeks, and I too made excellent progress in those four weeks (a gain of +- 3 inches, and finally an increase in SVJ).  So I don't think it's a scam.

But, of course, Adarq or Lance could make an equal program (or better, more customized/long-term), and there are no secrets to improve VJ, so it's just the programming that you pay for.

FIF- no info, and def not a long term fix, but if you have been working for awhile, getting your squat up etc, will DEF gain some inches in a month- basically a good change up or peaking block.  Not going to take you to a 40 inch vert from a 30.

The name is kind of sketchy, but I do believe the people kelly tested it on gained an average of 3.8 or something inches, but obviously some wont gain that much

I have a program that guarantees 40 inches in 2 days, but you need to jump 45 to use it, it's too advanced. Any buyers?

yea i think the average people that did flying in four gained about 4 inches, which is why they called it that.  Whehter it's true or not.  With all the marketing for all the shitty products from scammy companies i don't consider it a terrible thing if someone who really knows their stuff calls their product flying in four and basically gaurantees four inches if it's better than 99% of the other programs out there.

like if adarqui and the best and most knowledgeable coaches in the world were using scammy marketing and gimmicky stuff to lure people in to do their stuff, it wouldn't bother me because they have the best info and stuff, people are just blinded and don't know about it because of of all the marketing and gimmicky things the companies on tv and everywhere do

They called it Flying in four because it's related to gaining inches in 4 weeks I think.
