yes i agree that for sum people who cant handle the load u shouldnt do it any further. I dont know who Moroko is or what his program is about, and i aint interested in another program right now, personally speaking. i'm 33 and i wont be going pro or semi pro or joining any competitions for dunking or and1 type teams ever, so im just trying to get to 32 inches to have sum fun at the park before my kids grow older and i wont have as much time to play ball anymore.
and personally speaking again i have never broken or fractures or torn or pulled anything in my bones or tendons.... as i mentioned earlier in my posts above. i dont use the jumper bands or knee braces or bengay, but there may be older gentlemen who require such articles of gear in their training efforts, which is why i brought it up. and i see many basketball players of all levels using the gear i listed, so i dont know what u ment about that it wont help u. is it mandatory to use the gear only if u have an ailment or injury, i like to think someone can use it as preventive maintanence.
i'll come back in 12 weeks to post my results.
@Adarqui --- hey man i left feedback on my experience on air alert and the first 3-4 replies to my post have been very strange and weird for this being a feedback thread. its weird how u opened this thread, i post my experience, and then people seem to almost immediately go against my experiences, and imp articular my posts. i cant imagine myself saying "hey let me browse the air alert thread for someone to bash or taunt or put down, or offer non-constructive criticism too". its funny to me because before i posted noone was talking, then i post and they talk, what i took as disrespect. are they really just sitting there waiting for someone to post so they can comment? weird.....
