I recommend getting 24/7 gyms. For instance, there are multiple Cardinal Fitnesses in Indiana. Cardinal Fitness has locations all throughout the midwest of the US. I used to go to this one near my house and I'm pretty sure a trucker lifts there late at night. That's where I got the idea essentially.

That way, whenever you arrive in a new destination, they might be open nearby. I say 24/7 because typically these are big chains that have multiple locations and usually have the correct equipment and tone of seriousness. Strip malls gyms sometimes work because they have free weight section and that's all you really need unless you're doing plyos/sprints.

Most of these large chains are only 10 dollars a month. So getting 2-3 is not a huge deal cost wise.

Just a thought.

i was not clear. i am going to be in afghanistan and then tajikistan. 24 hour gyms are not an option.

Now imagine your problem is getting into this pool. This is me trying to solve your problem LBSS

Are you sure?  I put it on whatever the hardest setting is and had to be 100% perfect. If you are detected on hardest levelf of the game, you will die by gunfire in 2seconds.

MOVIES & ENTERTAINMENT & SHeeT! / Game Of Thrones

Game Of Thrones, or GoT for short, is like adult Harry Potter without magic and wizards. It's a story about medieval era battle for the kingdom. There is a small small portion of magic/dragons but so minimal that it's basically reality. If you think it's kids stuff, think again. Very violent and many many characters get killed.

It's a very amazing story that is exactly like the books at most times. The books have been in the making for 16 years and still a work in progress.

Honestly this is something you have to try and you'll probably like it. It's an amazing story but difficult to describe. Best for people who enjoy long stories, action/violence, and strategy
.
Pros:
Story is amazing
Acting, outstanding
Scenery is fantastic
Hot girls
lost of action.

Cons:
only offered on HBO
Very long time to watch(29 episodes are out with each lasting roughly an hour!!)
You'll probably get pissed at remembering so many characters, but they'll eventually die :)

MOVIES & ENTERTAINMENT & SHeeT! / The Internship
« on: June 09, 2013, 06:54:10 pm »

So I just recently watched this in theatres. I know what you're thinking. How funny can another Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson movie can be? Well, this one strikes home for me personally as a huge tech nerd and Google fanboy. It was something I thought was going to be a completely crappy movie, but ended up being comedic gold. Mid-way through I started laughing at every joke and my friends thought the same.

The plot goes that two old guys are salesmen and know nothing about computers/tech. Don't want to give away a bunch, but they end up in an internship at Google headquarters.  There they fight for the internship by competing versus other interns at challenges. It's hilarious the way they think about tech and you end up loving them for being oblivious of it.

Many jokes, most were funny. Maybe not worth seeing in theatres but worth watching. Good for tech lovers and college age kids.

Huge fan right here  ;D

I loved the movie and awaiting when the new one comes out. The video game was sick. Story is too hard to follow through all the hitmans. I understand it vaguely, but better than most.

I read the books too. What I mean about me not understanding the story completely is that each version of it is jumbled up and not consistent enough for me. I have both books on google play and I recommend reading if you are a fan.

What's your best 60m?

Kingfish, Could you answer this? Someone as strong and explosive as you must have a great time in the 60m.

Could you tell me the meaning of your avatar? Is it a foot injury or something?

Might I ask where is Yohan Blake at? He is getting pretty dangerous.  What time is he currently running?

Bolt's start was outstanding from what I could see.

Gatlin needs to stay healthy to get into those crazy times that we see from bolt. Everyone against Bolt has to remain 100%.

His trainer is outstanding. That seems like awesome training to produce insane results.

All those drills focus on beating an aggressive/close defender, and why worry about anything else? If they play off you can just shoot.

4 hours a day of training for 11 years stands out in my mind. I am disappointed there is no video of him squatting in the segment. that was the real reason he could jump out of the block so fast, he was so strong.

I found this video, in a different language of him as an older guy I think. This was just the first one I found. there are probably more.

Is this a good weight lifting/ squatting shoe?  I'm not familiar with weight lifting shoes, but I normally squat barefoot.. I'm disliking barefoot though. Specially since no gym would allow it. Also need a good pair of jogging shoes for some random things that pop up

are these shoes = to weight lifting shoes?

It says something about after a nerve-racking amount of false starts he finally won. So there was no disqualification for false starts back then?

guess not, but the thing is he either was ultra quick on his reaction time or he false started and jumped the gun. His times would not be legal now, since they have a minimum reaction of .25 or something like that. he was doing it quicker than what is thought to be human reaction

casey combest is possibly the modern time theif of starts, used to do 10 starts before and after bed. I read he practiced with his blocks that he put in the ground and dug a trench for him to sprint. Days before a meet he would put his sprinting suit on and listen to a recording of the starting gun.

I also remember seeing usain's reaction times. He was good when his starting times where normal..but now his starting time is really good and his times are great
