Minnie Julia Riperton (8 /11/ 1947 - 12 /07/1979) was an American singer-songwriter best known for her vocal range of more than five octaves[citation needed] and her 1975 single "Lovin' You".

Enjoy.

YOUR secrets to a ripped body.

Enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGbDyzuc5Fw

Caution:
Please do not watch the video if you mind vulgarities! ><

paste stupid videos like that in the "lol thread", in off topic..

he's not ripped, weak physique, has no dunk vids, etc.. dno i don't listen to him.

I thought did video is quite informative for the general people...  maybe it's more of a summary of tips for people that already know.

peace

who are you btw, weird avatar, weird caption, weird sig.. lol

Oh, I'm new here (been here for 3 days only)! I knew about this site when I chance upon AdarqTV when browsing for dunk vids in Youtube.

Avatar's random.

Caption's in Chinese Language. (it literally means one's fate is in his/her hands)

BTW, I haven't introduce myself yet (laziness...)

Brief introduction of myself:

From: Singapore

Mother Tongue: Chinese

2nd lang: English

I am 16 going on 17 (I'll be 17 next year March)

My Race: Chinese (should be obvious by now ><)

Height: 181cm without shoes and 183cm/6"0' with shoes (sorry, we use the metric system here)

Standing reach: 7"9' (with shoes)

Bodyweight: 68.5kg/150.7 lbs (with shoes again x0)

My main sport since I was 10: Table Tennis (I'm in the school team)

Started basketball as recreational last year and training VJ just for dunks because I think dunking is cool...(ok, I DON'T think dunking is cool, rather, I KNOW dunking is cool xD)

SVJ: about 25 inches (I guess? judging by my standing reach and distance between fingers and rim.. tested last month)

RDLVJ: about 29 inches... (estimating again and tested it last month on a rim) (so... my VJ improved about 10 inches in 1 month since I started touching weights and training for VJ...)

SLRVJ: about 27 inches (tested last month)

Standing broad jump: 2.40 metres when I was 14 (ok, I've never train for this in my life) and 2.67m at April 2010 (that was before I started training for VJ) and.... I haven't standing broad jump another time since April ><

Ok, I admit I'm quite lean and sporty and quick and stuff.... I'm the sporty type. (and that's before I touch any weights in my life) My sport is table tennis (again... I'm fit)

Been in the gym for only 2 consecutive months in my life.

Yup, been training for VJ for about the same time too.

Went from not touching the backboard (outdoor ones and the higher than indoor with sponges ones) to easily touching the rim from a run up.

Max Squat 2 months ago: 70kg/154 lbs (1st time I went into the gym I tested this)

Max Squat last month: 85kg/ 187 lbs (the last time I tested my MAX)

Currently trying to improve Squat to 1.5x BW by this year... seems possible because I just started using LanceSTS's "rest-pause training) today.

I've been interested in VJ recently and researched a lot about it.

So, I'm more of that type that read forums but don't really post threads.

and since I tested my VJ last month and that my max squat has since increased by 15kg, I guess my VJ improved again x)

PC/peace (lol)

P.S.
The places where you film your workout vids in AdarqTV are very scenic and I like it =)
