Smith machine bench press: 135 to 275x8

DB flyes
DB rolling extensionsx3x10 with like 30/40/40
Cable pushdownsx3x10 for v bar and ropes
This morning
Rdlx up to 275x5
DB rows: 60/80/100x10
Lat pulldowns: 3x10 with 2 second pause
Biceps
Run tonight x30 minutes
