lol, nah, i don't even know what exactly heartburn is. Can't say if it is serious or not. Didn't even google it either.
I just somehow thought it was not humor, that you were really worried and that it was serious and you knew, yet you sat and waited, that's why it sounded crazy.

Edit:
Ok googled it, i understand what it is now, lol, ive had it too a few times. We call it 'burner'
From what i read, the cases that it is related to serious heart stuff are around 0.6%.

ya hahahah.. funny.

took a while to fall asleep.. even after waking, i still feel it a little. odd.

WTF!!!!

Is this a ( sick and disgusting ) joke???

Why are you typing this message and not calling Emergencies or however you call them there?!?!?!?!?

oh, i didn't know heart burn was that serious? LMFAO.

it feels serious... but i thought lots of people get this.

eek!!

FWIW it's subsiding.. it was extremely bad an hour ago: troubling swallowing/tons of discomfort, thickness in chest/throat.

damn now you got me more worried than I was.. but I think it was just some severe heartburn out of nowhere. I ate a late breakfast, maybe something weird triggered it (soy milk, orange juice, or butter on my english muffin). probably the satanic soy milk + orange juice combo.

feh!!

about to try and sleep (8:15 AM FML).. should be good.

peace!!

i came by to say it's been nice knowing all of you.. I might die tonight.

MASSIVE HEART BURN.

worst heart burn i've ever had.. I rarely get heart burn, so I kinda overreact when I get it.

the last time it felt anywhere near this bad, it was after I ate some drenched gorgonzola pasta.. had to rush to CVS (corner store) and get a bunch of anti-heartburn stuff.

i've just had some tums.. isn't helping yet.

feel so wrecked.

RIP.

two months to prepare, after all that foundation you've been laying? run the mile, shoot for 4:30.

:ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning:

unfortunately i think i'm nowhere near 4:30 right now.. 4:55 - 5:05 MAYBE. But I haven't run over 0.45 mi non-stop in like 2 months. So no idea where i'm at. Today with crappy legs I ran 0.33 mi @ 4:54, which is ok considering i've been sick and my legs felt dead.. but stretching these speeds out to a mile right now seems like it will be rough.

but ya, i'm thinking 800m or mile. Once I get healthy again, I need to start (low frequency) trying to extend out the speed i've been working on lately. Running with glasses made that very difficult, but now i'm back to no-glasses because I can read my phone fine.. Breathing feels alot tougher with my glasses on.

pC!

Since you haven't ran over 0.45 miles for 2 months I'd go with the 800m. Get fresh for it and smash a  :personal-record:

ya hah.. as it gets closer i'll figure it out. i feel like i could run a nice 800m PR right now if I got focused and made the attempt. A PR for me would be under 2:23 i think.. i feel like i'm more in the 2:15 or so zone.

i'd like to be closer to 1-mile shape by then though, for sure.. also get back under 150. i'm obese. :D

I went to a couple of games this year and saw this guy play live and also warm up before the games. He didn't play a lot of minutes and the offence wasn't set up around him so if you look at his stats they weren't that impressive.  Nevertheless he was deadly from the 3 point line. In warm ups he hits the 3 automatically and barely ever misses. He's also got great hops!

"Education is obviously important. But what are you really getting out of it if you only go for one year?"

truth.

i was hoping to see TJ in the dunk contest, he can definitely fly.. he's got some sick cellphone video dunks on YT.

DJ Stephens has to be the highest jumper in the NBA right now.. maybe he doesn't get enough minutes to be considered in this thread, but:

that's insane.

go duke.
go blue.

Grayson Allen makes me want Duke to lose. I'm a Duke hater until Allen is gone.

INSANE mistake by a player for Vanderbilt.. Up 1, intentionally fouls Northwestern with ~14s left. Then Northwestern goes on to hit 2 freethrows, and win. That has to be a top 5 mistake EVER.

and he's a lefty...  :headbang:

i want to see some spring/summer league footage of him against bigger high schoolers.. i mean he's enormous, so he makes normal sized people look small.. but alot of the footage in that mixtape, he's just massive compared to everyone. Just curious to see him around a bunch of mcdonald's all-american level people etc.

i dno, by the time he's 18, he'll probably head right to the NBA.

his handles/jumper look solid.

and ya, i don't think there's been this much justifiable hype since lebron.

love it.
