TOMORROW I'M STARTING SALAD FEST.feel really unhealthy lately.. also ate DQ (fried chicken tenders/fries) a few times in the last few days (kinda had too, lmao). Man that stuff absolutely wrecked me.
anyway, going to get back on some salads.. haven't been eating greens at all, for maybe 2 months or so. it's been rare.
time to clean up the diet a bit.
