shadow boxing:
- 20 rounds
- rounds 10-20 = bionic
- man, i go through this stage where, first 5 or so rounds are nice whatever, but then i get super loose out of nowhere and speed picks up bigtime.. it's lasting every round and im not getting as fatigued.
- in 20th round my rotator bugged out a little but i did some stupid ass punch, form broke down, only punch ive done like that in months.. stupid shit.. itll be alright tho.

haha damn, i got trolled.Next time, don't hit your camera, you should instead hit a stone wall; it's a lot more efficient in breaking your hand, plus you wont fuck up your camera.

which top trainers are you talking about rip?I put top in quotation marks because they are thought to be the smartest, best, etc. But people like cressey, boyle, etc. the big names in the "educated" s&c community.
