- left lower back bugging

shadow boxing:
- 20 rounds
- rounds 10-20 = bionic
- man, i go through this stage where, first 5 or so rounds are nice whatever, but then i get super loose out of nowhere and speed picks up bigtime.. it's lasting every round and im not getting as fatigued.
- in 20th round my rotator bugged out a little but i did some stupid ass punch, form broke down, only punch ive done like that in months.. stupid shit.. itll be alright tho.

which top trainers are you talking about rip?
I put top in quotation marks because they are thought to be the smartest, best, etc. But people like cressey, boyle, etc. the big names in the "educated" s&c community.
