wtf.

Why?

Basically I can't help you with that part, you either want it or you don't.
What can really help you out is chopping the monthly goal into weeks, months seem pretty long (even though they fly right past you) but weeks seem a lot shorter.
Set weekly goals, re-evaluate weekly and get after it mang!

All depends.

Whats the cause of you not making the goal?
Sure you can make it next month if you go all out?

Ok, well that's up to you, ever tried it the other way the last couple of years though (same situation you're in now)?

Jumps looked back on track so I expect big things end of feb mang.

Ps. Last tip is jarred veggies are extremely cheap (I'm a persistent s.o.b., I know) and depending on the brand they're pretty good as well.

Sucks mang, happens to the best of us.

but..

02/08/2011: protein shake + gatorade, 2 slices pizza + reeces m&m's (whole bag) + green tea, training + protein shake, protein shake, gatorade + 2 bananas + 3 ibuprofen, gatorade + protein shake + 2 bananas

Really doe?

EAT VEGGIES, B!TCH.

(tip: low on cash = huge bags of frozen veggies, not that bad, easy to prepare and a lot easier on the pocket.)

bags of veggies are more expensive than the raw shit... like, stalks of raw broccoli are cheaper than bags of cut broccoli.. $2.99 for a decent sized bag of broccoli flowers cut, $4 for two huge 3-broccoli stalk things.. same for green beans etc.

bro this diet is the shit i'm mimicin silverback gorrilas who are lost in banana forrests.

Quote from: wikipedia on Silverback gorillas lost in banana forrests
They eat leaves, fruit, seeds, tree bark, plant bulbs, tender plant shoots, and flowers. They have been known to eat various parts of over 200 different plant species. Occasionally, gorillas supplement their diet with termites and ants.

An average adult male eats approximately 50 pounds of food a day.

GTFO.

Personally, I like getting my veggies from this huge wholesale market, but most of the time I get 'em from my local supermarket. I noticed huge frozen bags of veggies are actually cheaper per KG then the raw stuff, not sure if that's the same in the US though.

Anyways, a weekly walk to your local market and freezing that sh*t in would be an awesome upgrade over wtf your eating right now, costs you like 15 bucks a week max anyway.

Cmon son, a great diet rich in fibres, vitamins/antioxides and water/moist is the way to go, can't beat all that overly processed
sh!t + it tastes goddamn good.

Veggies.
GO GET EM!
