can you go a little more into depth on those methods but also the main thing i'm asking is for those o-lifters how much other training and what other lifts do they do besides practicing the o-lifts

no brainer boston is gonna win it all, derek fisher has become such a liability on the defensive end he can't keep up with speedy guards like rondo and ron artest is honestly the worst player in the league, i swear the only reason he gets minutes is bcs he used to be half decent and he has that bad boy attitude and supposed great defensive skills even though i've seen tons of ppl blow right by him

more and more it seems the vj is really a quad dominant movement and the energy being trasferred through the ankles and calves so they need to be strong, elastic, rigid or whatever the term is forgot the term, but yea seems like what kelly says about it is point on that it might be a quad dominant mvmt but if you only develop those quads your gonna end up getting some knee pain or something for the muscle imbalance and you need strong glutes if you want to stay healthy

i'm asking how those guys train though besides practicing the o-lifts what do they do and how often?

96
yeh in terms of strength/fitness/flexiblity i think for most kids gymnastics would be the way to go/start

nothing special, got some good passing and vision but he seems to bobble the ball a lot and almost gets it picked a lot from behind

it's crazy cause on that play where he gets fouled by howard his head is almost the same heights as howard

not surprised at all nate's a beast, and he can get by anybody he wants whenever he wants, he works hard, extremely confident, pretty good jumper

i dont know why he doesn't get a ton of minutes but eventually him and rondo could be a crazy combo too bad garnett, pierce, and allen are really starting to show their age

i never understood that either, but by now whether it's good or bad it's probably a habit for him so he does it each time he squats
