Jacob is actually a really nice person and quite knowledgable about Jump Training. He spends a lot of time helping his customers and making sure they get results. If you were to follow his program I am sure you would do ok.

estimated cost: ~90 cents

consists of 5-8 oz of raw spinach, 1 banana, a cup of milk, 1/3 cup of protein powder (or more if u want)

directions:
blend 3oz of spinach, banana, milk, and powder for ~30 seconds. make sure to put in ingredients in that order.

insert 1-2oz of spinach at a time, each time blending it for ~20 seconds, repeat 1-3x.

during school. i go to sleep at 11 and wake at 5 30am for my 6 15am bus. to  catch up on sleep a bit during weekend, shud i sleep from ~10pm-6 or from 11-7? basically, should i alter my bedtime or my wake up time when catching up on sleep?

do u jump off 1 or 2? if off 1, i would replace deadlift with walking or reverse lunge and maybe add an assistance like step ups or hyperextensions in addition to squats.

It's 4x6 but im not using steady weight , building up to a "money-set".
1x6 is not 6 singles , it is 1 set of 6 reps , im loging it like that because of the different weight used in each set.
Im also doing warmups ( 10xbar , 6x40% , 4x60% 2x80% of starting weight ) that i dont log.
4x6 squat + 3x8 BSS + 4x8 leg curl is pretty much hypertrophy.


ya i know. i just dont understand why you would want to do a money-set in a hypertrophy workout. I think working up to a same set 4x6 would be better, even if it is less weight. on the strength workouts, money set ftw.

ya man but new york city is probably even better, they have courts open 24/7 with lighting all night apparently.. :D

nyc has courts on literally every street. only about 10%of them have lighting. (which is still a ton) however, the courts arent nice. even the famous ones are shitty. ull find metal backboards with holes in the backboard, mostly hoops without a net, and dingy rims

ya he was cool though, was asking me about my shoes, asked if i'm a "high jumper" etc hah..

what do u say when people ask you that? im starting to say i dont like basketball and im practicing for high jump. gets me out of pickup games. :D

they were only playing aau basketball which is at most 2x a week. not going to impact training too much, esp for beginners.  id still do more testing.

i dont think the programming was very good. they only 2 max effort attempts per week? wtf is that.   also, i didnt see any plyos besides box jumps :/ and didnt see any form of squatting.   nontheless, most got pretty good gains. especially this one kid i saw.
