Looking to have a great discussion with basketball minds and those really sharp about bball, nba contract/bargaining, understand the game and traveling bball, and good with pattern recognition, team chemistry, human sports psychology, etc etc.
My prediction is that one of the most improved teams will be Brooklyn nets and Miami heat, depending on who they retain and get.
I have realized that when one eats a lot such as maxing out on food like Thanksgiving day dinners and such, besides the obvious negative affect of weight/fat gain, is a abnormally larger stomach even after losing the weight/fat!
And that takes awhile to be back to normal, like a pregnant woman that gave birth!!!!!
And went on a 6 month OLY routine (injury free) followed by cutting/plyo bball training/ and recovery..... with his fast twitch muscles.... he could touch the square ouf bb with his head!
Ok I will no longer call him Russell Westbrick. I am a believer now, this guy has been pretty unbelievable this seasons averaging like 31.5 10.5 10.5, even if he has trigger to do whatever he wants and play as much as he likes thats still pretty insane.
His accuracy on jumpshots has improved and now he is more finesse after putting in a lot during summer time to train.
I had harden over westbrook for mvp but now i have to lean towards westbrook. He's gotten so many 40 or 50+ pt triple doubles this year its pretty insane.
Just out of curiosity.... sometimes there are good lines, sometimes the results are insane in bball. For example, first game of the season the Spurs go to Oracle and beat GSW by 29 points lol. who would have thought.....
I was doing something like this then i heard a loud buckle at this area of my knee:
it wasn't exactly very painful but i felt immediate soreness right there and when i tried the stretch again there was a bit of pain there.....
i knew i put too much pressure on the stretch putting my entire body weight on it... i gained a lot of weight from before like 20 lbs..... gained alot of upper body mass too
Spurs destroyed warriors in home opener by 29 points. Doesn't mean a lot since it was 1st game of the season, but the Spurs are like 20 -1 this year on the road, very impressive, and they look so sharp this year with a lot of great role players.
Gasol is injured with broken finger from pregame high five lol. But they have lamarcus, kwahi leonard who is 6'9 beast, manu, tony parker, are old but experienced, and a bunch of solid role players. the team is so well run and have such good defensive chemistry.
So can they beat the warriors this year? Its not impossible.... cause they have good 3 point shooting too and definitely better post presence.
He doesn't do any one thing real well and isn't as close as the all around ballers that lebron, james harden and kawhi leonard is. lebron and james harden are excellent point forwards/combo players.... kawhi leonard is excellent overall player and defender.....
steph and klay are best shooters in nba hands down....
russell westbrook is athletic maniac might be top 3 athletic in nba.....
kyrie is super clutch and gets buckets when u need it... is magician with the ball....
what about KD? he doesnt do anything one thing great.... is just a decent scorer..... he's not a great shooter, not a great defender, not a great rebounder, not a great slasher, not a great iso player at all (he gets the ball stripped a lot in clutch situations)... seriously a team really doesn't need this kind of crap...... he always demands the ball in clutch situations but rarely delivers in clutch (iso) situations.... cause he's not an iso player and his ego cant take being what he does best for a team which is a open court wing player that shouldn't have the ball in his hands a lot..... in the open court he is a beast because he's lanky and got length... in the half court hes practically useless if he's not wide open.....
theres so many times i remember this dude loses it in iso situations, game on the line but i only can find this one vid:
Just way too many.... after last few years of competitive finals matches with cavs vs gsw rivalry and league growing in revenue by a lot.... looks like players are really putting in work these few years in the off season.
James harden seems to have gotten pretty explosive this year. Hes one of my favorite players cause he has a good ratio of upper body strength AND lower body strenght, unlike some idiots that have flamingo legs lol.
Like 6 players are averaging almost 25-32 ppg this year, thats insane. So many efficient and effective 50+ point games this year .... some pretty sick stats players putting up....
oh and ben simmons has yet to play.... sick season man
