Finally got in a leg workout after giving my knee a good long recovery period. Went nice and light but I can still feel it in my lags today. Should get back into playing basketball after the new year. With any luck I will be back to 100%.

My knee has been tender for the last few weeks on and off. Wednesday it got worse. My knees have been solid all along so this is new. Deadlifts and squats will be out of the rotation for a while. Probably a good opportunity to get more core work in.
