WTF, try again. Makes no sense.

Strong lifting. Your overhead strength is coming along fine it seems.
So you think she's a child? She seems "mature enough" to me. I don't think chronological age is THAT important. It's what's behind the carcass that's important. Whatever, getting into philosophy again.
Thanks brosephines.
@Divad: soreness is no reason at all to change depth, IMO.
Andrew disagrees with me on this, but I think you should squat to the fullest extent allowed by your structure and mobility. If you're really tall or have shitty hip mobility, you shouldn't be going deep. But if you're normal sized then increasing ROM can only help over time.

Got vanilla and that was a mistake....taste is too plain to kill of the horrid after taste of protein ish
strawberry was my weapon of choice till recently, I just got sick of the same stuff...am trying cookies now, it's allright about = to the strawberry
Oh, and don't use water for the ish..Idk why i was dumb enough to do water with the ish, but it was terrible and lowers protein from milk
your pics are so amazing...just flying man... Lefty and 2 handers made and peak vert are OUTSTANDING!

Wow I just HOPE my son is really into basketball, I'll turn him into a damn star. I mean with the knowledge that I know now, imaging applying it to an 8 year old in stead of an 18 year old, and the potential rises just so much more. And how knows how much more knowledge we'll all have by the time we have kids? Better protein, better training philosophies, etc.
I mean I'll have him play with toy basketballs when he's a baby and stuff and watch basketball games with him, hoping that he'll have an interest for it, but I don't think I should force it down his throat if he doesn't like it. Like if he falls in love with soccer, then I'll help him like crazy with whatever I know about it.
Didn't want to start a new thread, but adarq.org's getting some more love on CF's forum. Too bad it's from one of the dumb poster on there that's always getting shat on, though.

Jeez, that guys on youtube running 10.22 too.
I wander what the knowledgeable guys are running?.
Backed up by electromyography, I find squats to be the most overrated exercise around. Even though Charlie stated 'sprinting was a back dominant sport', he still employed/favoured squats highly, which from my research are quad dominant (right? or wrong?), both front or regular & don't hit much glute neither. Wouldn't deadlifts/barbell hip thrusts/reverse hypers etc (ham/hip dominant) be favoured options?.
Anyway a bench/squat variation?. What does everyone make of these below, (opinions) please?. You don't see many people performing this any more. A forgotten strongman's exercise, great for overall body strength development.
I think there right up there IMO, anyone into really strengthening the core in particular, increasing your plank time etc should be hitting on these. According to electromyography, great for glutes, hams, delts etc.
Yes? or No?. Performed dynamically or isometrically?. All opinions appreciated.
