Because I really like BBALL and I am given opportunity to train talented but clueless bball players, I need my arms to hang as low to the ground as possible because it is very advantageous for bball players to have long arms obv.

What upper body work outs hinder arms from hanging low to the ground? Does any help?

i mean take a look at this guy.... his arms are all bulked up so he'd have a tough time handling the rock especially splitting the defense....

dude what?

I think Joe used that Billy Madison video too early.. this is the post that deserved it.. :D

bw = 160
soreness = upper back/traps/shoulders (arm swing from RVJ), right pec from reaching up to touch teh rim?, right hamstring, right calves

walk:
- 9.51 mi in 2h:22m:xxs

impressively high HR for walking .. or maybe that's scarily bad? loool. Walking continues to demonstrate HR can fall within a substantial percentage of max HR.

bw:
- dead hang ng pullups: BW x 9
- full dips: BW x 12
- standing single leg raises: x 40
-- tough
- close width pushups: x 25
- standing single leg abduction: x 50
-- tough
- pmghr quarters: x 6
-- good
- lunges: BW x 10e

Looks like the West is going to get another East star.... most likely Kyrie.

Now I can count the # of east stars with 1 hand.... and a few could still move to west....

where's he going? Phoenix?

Kobe told a story in one of his documentaries. he said that in his 1st year when they were eliminated by Utah and twice he airballed crucial shots, that night they came home around 3am and he went straight to a local gym where the janitors let him him and he began shooting until the next day 6 pm, lol.

ya i remember him talking about that.. kobe is def a loner.

Bolt injury.................... damn :( really sucks.

Tried to find the clip of Omar Mcleod crying, post interview. Damn. Good dude. :/

any idea what kind of injury he suffered yet? looked like a hamstring tear... not a major/full one though.

men's 5k was nuts.. Mo gave everything he got but just got beat. The dude who won looked so fresh at the end.. Chelimo & Farah were dead. Great race.

:ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning:

Day 10 is going to be great.. Men's high jump, W 5000m, M 1500m, W 800m, M/W 4x400m.
