soreness = upper back/traps/shoulders (arm swing from RVJ), right pec from reaching up to touch teh rim?, right hamstring, right calves
walk:
- 9.51 mi in 2h:22m:xxs



impressively high HR for walking .. or maybe that's scarily bad? loool. Walking continues to demonstrate HR can fall within a substantial percentage of max HR.
bw:
- dead hang ng pullups: BW x 9
- full dips: BW x 12
- standing single leg raises: x 40

- close width pushups: x 25
- standing single leg abduction: x 50

- pmghr quarters: x 6

- lunges: BW x 10e
