Good session. pretty sure I pissed some muscle away while cutting weight. Stepping back up to sets of 8-10 on squats. don't think I could currently hit 8 with 215. for 4 sets. frustrating but part of the game. I remember in the not to distant past 225 feeling light.(not adarq 45 rep light tho ) but wasn't focused on 8-10 reps at the time.
adding back in the targeted hamstring work as I felt that has helped in the past.
Moving well, feeling good, My body wants to be at 165#'s. just need my mind to let me get there.
waiting for spring to get here so I can add sprints to my work outs as I know I need it.
