I signed up to RealMVMT again this week. I am starting a martial arts gym next year with a couple of mates (once all this lockdown shit is sorted) and have wanted to do a part time training business for years

that's awesome man. hopefully that can get started fairly soon.

These guys have their own certs and a pretty impressive network. The cost of entry is quite low too for the information that's on offer. It will be a nice side business and if it gets to a decent enough level I will take it full time. Financial services is largely fucked in this industry and may not exist in it's current format in 5-10 years time so it will be nice to have a plan B.   

plan b's popping up everywhere. smart move to start prepping now, just in case.

for sure.. MAJOR expansion.

more stuff in the ground (citrus everywhere). proper area for propagation. plan is to turn the land into a food forest. eventually might get some chickens, a horse (or 2) and maybe even some cattle (additionally for tax purposes). ranch life progression about to get into motion.

going to be nuts. can't wait.

man i'm very excited & very nervous.

once i'm there.. i'll love it. but until that happens, feels kinda scary. such a big "life move" hehe.

got a few things done today. process is definitely moving forward.



i'm probably going to go there crazy early on saturday.. watch the sunrise on the lake. then go for a big run in the surrounding natural areas/parks/trails.

went to check out that property with my dad.

7.8 acres (8 acres). absolutely nuts. home is completely renovated too.

guy who bought it in january, is an airlines pilot.. so he's been mostly out of work since covid - seemingly wants to recoup this money, since this is a second home. so he's looking to try and sell fast.

he showed my father & I the property for like 2 hours - even after knowing my offer which is 50k less than what he wanted. 99% sure they will accept my offer.

property is absolutely nuts.

so much good running right near by too -> 3 state parks surrounding this community. fucking crazy.


ps: gator in the lake too.. property has it's own lake (not a pond, it's enormous.. LMFAO).

gator was coming up to us.. looking for food apparently.. because the owner feeds it "bread" lol.
