On Saturday got a good warm up and tested my VJ.(on my 32nd b-day) Still at about 27.5 SVJ and 31 RVJ. Had a week off weights and am stronger then last time I tested. I am disappointed, my ankle is still bothering me and I feel it probably is holding me back. All considered, I think I am jumping alright considering my build and low strength levels. kinda stuck at the moment for what to do next to make improvement? I know getting to 165 will help. I feel a level of constant fatigue from what I do currently and seem to have a hard time taking it to the next level(which is what I need to make progress)
Any input greatly appreciated.

squat 5x205, 3x235, 5x255, 5x255, 5x255
standing toe raisers 90# 4x10
ham curl 105# 4x10
first day back on weights for legs, 255 felt great on squats, super explosive, good speed, no grinders.
needed a break to relieve fatigue.
