jumped yesterday and was getting up great, better than in a long time. saw a scale weight below 170(169.4) so progress there also. got some work done at the gym today, added some overhead press. keep it up b.

been stretching well since mondays w/o. legs super sore. I haven't done calf raises for months since I sprained my ankle. first time back on, and I am feeling it. plan on going for records on Sundays or Mondays. pull back for second w/o on Thursday or Friday. hit MSEM every third week or so....amd finally get a rep above 300#s up.

On Saturday got a good warm up and tested my VJ.(on my 32nd b-day) Still at about 27.5 SVJ and 31 RVJ. Had a week off weights and am stronger then last time I tested. I am disappointed, my ankle is still bothering me and I feel it probably is holding me back. All considered, I think I am jumping alright considering my build and low strength levels. kinda stuck at the moment for what to do next to make improvement? I know getting to 165 will help. I feel a level of constant fatigue from what I do currently and seem to have a hard time taking it to the next level(which is what I need to make progress)
Any input greatly appreciated.

first day back on weights for legs, 255 felt great on squats, super explosive, good speed, no grinders.
needed a break to relieve fatigue.

more valleys....... hoping to see a ramp off this because my performance has decrease substantially in the last month.
may need to decrease volume/intensity and build back up. although I feel like I am not doing much now? I can't put a finger on why I am so wasted lately.

stupid age, i wish i were 18 again and I'm only 24.

two weeks away from 32 for me, I heard peak power production is until 36?

sometimes I feel 18, just slower and not as springy + less energy, that could be from the grind tho?

Found a new court to ball on, outdoors in the sun(finally). Rims must be extra low or I put 6inches on my vert. hopefully a combination.

Played basketball tonight, ankle felt great. major progress on recovery. I'm not in great cardio shape and my calves start to lock up after the 7th or 8th game. started to clean up my diet on monday, as my weight has been going up.

Back on the basketball court tonight, ankle is far from 100% but held up well with no new injuries. finger tips over rim on a few jumps for 30.5" rvj. no PR's but on the right path.
