your new property is so vast, you are considering using 1 horsepower to travel.  :highfive:

hah. interesting way to think of it.

seems like it'd be very fun to navigate a property, parks, and town on a horse. :ninja:

really great video.

guy gains the trust of a stallion that's never been saddled/ridden, in a few hours. he uses some interesting techniques.

run:
- ~2 hours
- light
- felt great

went to the future property to get a run in. incredible how i can stay completely/mostly off road, by exiting the back side of the property. Can go directly into a trail/park system, or go down dirt community roads, or go down more easements/bridle path trails, and go into 2 adjacent parks. There's like 4 parks "in the area", 1 directly accessible without hitting any road surface. 2 more accessible by hitting the road for only a few seconds.

so sick.

saw a bunch of deer.

the loxahatchee park i ran in has an endless trail system. I only explored like 1% of it, and i was in there for an hour or so.

I signed up to RealMVMT again this week. I am starting a martial arts gym next year with a couple of mates (once all this lockdown shit is sorted) and have wanted to do a part time training business for years

whaat! sick!!

that's awesome man. hopefully that can get started fairly soon.

These guys have their own certs and a pretty impressive network. The cost of entry is quite low too for the information that's on offer. It will be a nice side business and if it gets to a decent enough level I will take it full time. Financial services is largely fucked in this industry and may not exist in it's current format in 5-10 years time so it will be nice to have a plan B.

plan b's popping up everywhere. smart move to start prepping now, just in case.

run schedule today. body is like, no don't do it. so i'll go tomorrow. next week is beach anyway so it doesn't matter if schedule gets a little messed up this week.

beach exercise will be tennis, maybe a little running but not going to hold myself to anything, and whatever my family feels like doing w/r/t strength stuff. and maybe kayaking.

nice! kayaking sounds fun. i've never done it - only canoed.. plan on kayaking in the near future.

you gonna expand the crop operation at your new digs?

for sure.. MAJOR expansion.

more stuff in the ground (citrus everywhere). proper area for propagation. plan is to turn the land into a food forest. eventually might get some chickens, a horse (or 2) and maybe even some cattle (additionally for tax purposes). ranch life progression about to get into motion.

going to be nuts. can't wait.

pc man!

lots of yard work (weed picking, cleaning up etc).

going to be lots of that stuff leading up to me moving to the new spot. have to get everything in order (plant/pots wise), so that I can make a quick efficient move to the new spot.

made lots of progress today with the process. things moving along nicely so far.

pc!
