Afaik, valsalva is for like ~3 reps or less, like when you're getting into +90%, and you gotta be solid.

Just wonderful

Yeah, gloves aren't going to fix your problem. Use chalk regularly, and squeeze the shit out of the bar when you're lifting.

Don't be this guy.

I wonder how serious of an injury that is in the long run.

I read that it was shown to contain too many heavy metals. I also remember something about some people being allergic, but I might be getting confused about something else.

Not Kelly, but hip thrusts, glute bridges, they all help with the mind-muscle connection.
By mind-muscle I mean the ability to voluntary contract(if people have different meanings attached to the word), like making your pectorals 'dance', or biceps 'jump'.

how does my form for squats suck? lol and are you seriously retarded? cutting phase means i dont have as much energy as i would and i already mentioned i didnt have spotters so why would i risk injuring myself  if i miss the lift... i could just sit on it and drop the weight? THATS WHY I USED IT

You can't be this dumb Eric.
I'll answer your question with a question.
If you're so drained from your 'cutting' phase, then why the fuck are you doing 1 rep maxes? Smarten up.

Quote
, and yes 16"s is parallel for me, we use to have a 16" box, thats a inch or so above, you werent there and u dont go to my gym so go fuck yourself, and thats a old bench video, and so what if my form broke in it? i even point it out in the description u dumbass, am i doing a PL meet? no, the weight goes down and it went back up meaning the bench DID COUNT
You're the one that said it didn't count.
From the bottom of your video
Quote
me benching 325, i dont count this lift because of the broken form

Quote
and ive proven alls you can do is talk shit with no back up since wheres your videos of lifts?
I don't claim 500# squats, you do.

Quote
where are the videos of u doing over 300lbs on the bench, over 500lbs on your back? lift over 180lbs to your neck without cleaning it buddy
You didn't lift that barbell to your neck either, even when you were doing a half-assed high clean pull from the hang.

I've never benched 300#
I've never squatted 500#
My PR aren't worth bragging about:
@165#
265# full squat x 1
320# Deadlift x 1
195# Clean and jerk, couldn't quite get under 200#, that really pissed me off
The most I've benched was 210# but that was like +5 years ago, so not worth mentioning for 2 reasons, it's not good, and not up to date.

Quote
and i even mentioned before hand it was above parallel so what r u trying to fight me on?
This is what you said
Quote
actually yes i have, it worked well when i had over 500lbs on my back :-P suck it
Quote
get a plane ticket to ny and visit my gym, ill even take u up to liverpool to see how your MMA is
That sounds like a good time. I'm not sure if I'm allowed in the US for certain reasons, but going to the UK would be a fun time. It would give us a chance to hang out, and I could visit some people that I've been meaning to see. When I'm available to do so, I hope your offer will still stand.

Do you even know what parallel is? I don't think you do.
Parallel squat is when the hip crease is the same level as the knee. Your squat is not only fail as a parallel squat(which you weren't trying to do), it is a fail as 1" above parallel squat. I don't care what kind of form you use, but don't go saying you squat 500# when your form sucks.

Quote
the seat was an inch above the 16" box which is parallel, if i did close stance it would look deeper but i was a wide stance squatter
If you did a close stance it would have looked a lot higher actually. Your thighs would have had a much steeper angle.

Quote
besides i would have done the squat without a box if i wasnt in a cutting phase and if i had spotters
What does box squatting have to do with being in a cutting phase?

Quote
the top of the calf raise machine is 36"s no way is that seat 4 inches lower
Do you always measure gym equipment as a standard for squat depth?

Quote
before 2 shoulder injuries i was benching between low to mid 400s, when i was at my peak for bodybuilding id have between 550-600 on the bar for squats, i do back raises holding onto 180lbs, dont call me out, ive more than proven myself
I don't know about your benching, I just saw that one video where you said you did 325, but it didn't count because your form broke.  You've proven, at least to me, that you don't know what 1" above parallel squat looks like.

http://www.metacafe.com/watch/5497162/shit/

Those look pretty close to 1/4 squats to me, so I wouldn't start bragging that you can squat 500.
You have strength, but thats not a 500# squat IMO.
Your upright rows, would be better named hang clean high pulls as well.
But then again, everyone has different ideas of what proper form should look like.
Keep up the good work.
