Nah man, I got some phillipino friends..they eat that stuff all the time...I don't know the exact make up of balut in terms of protein/fat but i'd guess it has a decent amount of fat in it like any other eggs but they're a decent protein source for sure. You probably need to eat a few of them to get a meals worth of protein though. Are they cheap in the Phillipines?

So if I or somebody else wanted to bring his methods into my training how would you best advise me to do so?!? I understand everything you have in the thread with his notes but....could you give us an example of a programme that would utilise his methods. As i'd say this example applies to a decent amount of the people on this site let's say you are tailoring it for a bipedal jumper with decent reactive strength who can squat around 2x their body weight and who doesn't have a huge amount of bodyfat to lose.

Oh man...I don't even know how Bolthouse call themselves a protein drink...those shits have sooooo much sugar. Theres fucking no protein in em! I had the mocha one and it tasted so fucking blaaaaand aswell. Starbucks drinks in the small bottles are legit tho...they taste real good.

Eat some vegetables yo! I'm telling you I used to be constantly sick in university with head-colds, flus, coughs all sorts of shit. I started eating 5+ vegetables/fruits a day in my 3rd year and I've barely been sick since even when I eat like shit. That was 5 years ago. I'm tellllllllinggg you man.

For real, I've seen belts with people's names flashing on em too! Anyway, I'd buy this. Apart from the fact it's slightly weird to have some random dude from Florida's name written across your chest but Adarq does sound dope! The website is dope! And let's face it Adarq is a fairly dope muhhhfcukka himself. I'd wear the shits...maybe go for a neutral dunk dude in the middle or some dunk/training related picture with Adarq.org written on it tho!

If you don't add stuff to it while it's cooking it shouldn't change very much at all. You shouldn't be frying shit if you want to lose weight aswell...a little bit of oil is ok but you need to be careful. Honestly dude, I think it's good your not taking this personally and you have a sense of humour about it so all i'm going to say is goodluck! Keep away from processed food. Eat as much meat and  vegetables as you can with some fruit in there aswell. Limit your carbs and fat to a moderate amount and you should be ok.

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. If you don't know the macro-nutrient make up of your foods and you can't tell by eye how much they weigh you are not going to be able to manage your diet well enough to lose weight. I'm willing to bet my life you can't do that right now. That's why you need to keep a journal and learn about this shit. When you've learnt it's ok to use what you've learnt and apply it. Right now you can't do that. Anyway yo, best of luck dude. Do your thing and I hope it goes well but you can count one sceptic in me right here!

For the record MSEM will make your body burn through shit loads of fat in the recovery period.
