Great awesome explosive packed boxing fight between fury and wilder the trilogy.

Wilder came up with some lame ass excuses in the second fight and went to court to order a rematch and this fight was the result.
Wilder is a dangerous fighter but tyson fury is a warrior, good ending.

i saw that in a sports bar, was such an epic fight.

when wilder knocked fury down twice.. place just was erupting like crazy. then fury gathers himself and crushes wilder.

a day of disappearing motivation. i got dressed to run, got out the door, it's a glorious day, and i just did not want to start. i paced around for a while trying to psych myself up and failed.

those early morning schedule shifts are almost impossible. meh! i've had a few last several months but never gotten one to stick.

maybe do some walk/stride stuff .. just so you can get out the door by walking, enjoying the beautiful weather, then throw some strides in. might help, dno !

stepped up to 70's on db bench .. most i did was 10 (R), 5 (L) .. 3 sets (each set got worse)

i hope this means we eventually get our own mailboxes: private roads/community, usps won't deliver mail like normal. the next street over, they all have their own mailboxes, in a clump .. but at least they are unique/custom haha.

went for a couple of longish walks today, one to get my haircut and one with the dog. slightly headachey, not sure why. no run.

did make what i think is my first-ever recording of myself playing and singing a song all the way through. gonna share it here because it's more of a progress update than any of my wheel-spinning runs have been. still don't quite have the precision or the timing down (although it didn't help that my hands are cold right now, this isn't the best i've played by any stretch) and obviously i am not much of a singer. but it feels good to make music.

i had a dream where i was dirtbiking home, many miles, through all kinds of woods and out-of-nowhere dirtbike tracks. jumps, climbs, speed, etc

was an epic fun dream. loved it.

i've been dreaming a lot more lately.. i went many months without any dreams. lately i've had quite a few. probably a good sign!

in other news, as of today i have a girlfriend! hah. we met in such an odd/awesome way. her and I hit it off really good 2 weeks ago.. and like, 2 weeks is mad early to be bf/gf but we're already like it's obvious, let's just commit and figure it out between us. we've been having a great time & get along so well. I even met her dad on Friday hah. That went really good.. family is so important to her which i absolutely love.

but ya she's mad cool. so adventurous/fun/spontaneous/polite/good hearted/interesting/smart/loves nature+animals etc <3 :wowthatwasnutswtf:

thanks man!! yea that is decent strong for sure .. i mean def feeling crazy strong right now. and def seeing a difference.

goal is to hit 30 .. somehow. absolutely no idea how but 30 would be the real next level.

i just have to be careful w/ that & farming etc. farming jacks u up when ur fatigued from lifting/training.

not going to journal everything because it's multiple times per day, random stuff etc.. it's chaos

but..

parallel squat: 95 lb x 30, 135 lb x 20 today ez

and

first time db benching flat in a long time: 60 lb x 16 R, x 11 L .. nice!

just went right to the 60's lol. bench is a bit too high, feet dont lay to solid on the ground.. kinda sux. dno.



also 16 chinups on a tree.

def seeing physique improvements.. looking for BIG improvements in the next 6-12 months. ie way more than i've ever had.

nice.
