I think it's safe to say: BOW BEFORE ME, OR ELSE!!!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway... where the heck do I find these stats?
http://www.adarq.org/forum/stats/
J-DUB is the king of upvotes, 120 from only 73 posts!
Also, I can understand why it's not there, but I wouldn't mind seeing the "Least respected" list, just to see who's the biggest troll. Pretty sure I could guess who lol.
Ratings are by default questionable and meaningless. Look at the people that vote, me and LBSS have voted 500+ messages, adarqui and Lance have voted 400+ and raptor has voted... 1800 !!! So this forum's ratings is mostly raptor's point of view on the posts. I'm just messing with LBSS and so does he.
"Most respected" is a misleading title since the three most common ways of getting your posts liked are to :
1. Post pictures of scantily clad women
2. Point out that hyperdunk is an idiot
3. Tell scooby that his latest program is stupid and that he should squat
lots of ass-2-calve squat sits, rotating my knees slowly/changing angles slightly to loosen up my knee(s).. always feels good
I remember you talking about those sits lately again. I am interested to use them to improve flexibility/mobility/posture, everything regarding full squatting of course.
So the question, how do you do them? do you rise on your toes in the hole to keep perfect upright tosro, OR do heels always touch the ground and you try to push as better posture as you can?
I agree with what you said Andrew.
cooQuoteIt's still interesting to read these studies though.
True but it can become a little distracting reading conflicting studies year after year, imho.

Gotta bump in as i love statistics.
You can see the monthly stats at the bottom of this page:
http://www.adarq.org/forum/stats/
So that last chart most probably wasn't counting till June 2010, as the activity e.g. in June 2010 was similar to nowadays, about 1500 posts per month.
