Didn't drink enough water today and felt it on the court. will not make that mistake again!

b-ball league night. great game first W of the season.

Got some jumps in after the game just better than 31" RVJ after game. With fresh legs easy PR time. Can't wait!!! :ibjumping:

I feel you about bball lungs / light on feet / being punished.
Keep at it though , it's easy to build those up , i see you know play bball every 2-3 days , give it some time to adapt and you'll be on another level without even realising...

Thanks Vag, It's coming back. My recovery ability is poor, but I feel once I break through that wall, I will see major progress.

Good work out, dead-lifts are feeling a bit better. Need to get my cardio back up as it has been sorely neglected.

Wasted after Tuesday's w/o. either got the flu or totally wreaked myself, either-way was not looking forward to today.(still could barely walk on Friday)
keep it light and simple I have not had dead lifts or BSS in the rotation for a long time. Extra punishing.
