Wasted after Tuesday's w/o. either got the flu or totally wreaked myself, either-way was not looking forward to today.(still could barely walk on Friday)
keep it light and simple I have not had dead lifts or BSS in the rotation for a long time. Extra punishing.

body weight is way down. I weighed 165 in high school and I am almost back there, except I must have pissed some muscle away too. thats how it goes I guess.....

haven't made it to the weight room a second time this week due to life. jumped on Friday and today and getting up good. Left ankle still can't stabilize high force well, but jumping great off right foot (slrvj). Want to get to #165 and maintain strength+ jump more.
