found a new lender, so i can get another appraisal.

last appraisal though.. if it comes in low, time to negotiate way down. or walk & not worry about this shit for a few years.

haven't exercised/run in a few weeks. lots of yard work though, which is good.

i loved it.

been saying it on this forum for probably a decade, can't wait until athletes really band together and use their voice/demand change.

so much power.

i like how they are making a statement and then also continuing the season. not like i care if they continue it or not, but the idea of them taking a stand, demanding changes, having their demands met, then continuing on with their platform is pretty sick.

wouldn't mind at all if this happens more often.

got a serious curve ball with the home purchase: appraisal came in considerably lower than the agreed upon offer. Seller and I don't think it's accurate - so there's no room to negotiate yet.

soo... now i'm finding another lender, to get a second appraisal.

if the 2nd appraisal comes in low, time to negotiate.

there's no way it'll come in anywhere near the agreed upon offer price soo... i could end up saving quite a bit of money in the end.

could be a good thing.

some slight DOMS.

yesterday was such a nightmare.

seller wasn't too happy with the gate....... but it could be my gate...... so he's not charging it for me yet - apparently. so, if everything closes soon, it'll be my problem, hopefully.

doncic, bro. 43, 17, and 13 and won the game with a step-back three at the buzzer in OT. an all-time great playoff performance and he's 21 years old. damn.

dude and he obliterated his ankle last game.. single leg hopped off the court straight to the locker room.

WTF?

insanity.

will check tmw ^^

literally just got home @ 4 AM.

turned out to be a complete nightmare. got it done though.. hundreds of plants. 26' truck filled to the absolute max.

to top it off, my dad clipped the seller's gate with the truck and destroyed it. fairly inexpensive gate i think, but still.. fucking sux.

huge respect to my dad tho.. at 72 years old, he kept pushing to get this thing done. we were going non-stop from basically 3:30 PM to 03:00 AM. :o

uhaul fukt me. went to the place i reserved the trucks, and they didn't even have those trucks available.

i call them, no trucks available today anywhere.

so canceled and found a 26'r from Penske.

i think this'll get done.

every day for the last week, been getting my plants ready to transfer to the new property (might do it sunday) .. and cleaning up the existing place i'm renting, so they can show it sooner.

also today: plant soaped my papper plants.. so much white fly. trying to kill all white fly before the plant transfer.

so much yard work the last few days.. been crazy.

mostly in the sound between the coast and the barrier islands where we stay. i've done a little in maine as well but a long time ago. and we did a fair bit of whitewater canoeing when i was a kid. never done any open-ocean kayaking.

nice!!

8.5 miles is a good amount, especially if you're fighting against the tide or current. we did probably 6-6.5 the other day and most people were wiped out by the end.

yea 8.5 mi one way i think.. might be alot. dno yet.

i plan to join this kayak forum club soon hopefully. looks very fun. :highfive:
