Seen this comment on facebook about Lebron-

"Often overlooked

With no father....no education....no training....and very few role models.....they handed this young dirt poor kid $420,000 per week, at the age of 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Married his high school sweetheart. Never arrested. Never used drugs. Never humiliated his wife with side girl stories. No outside babies. Like many other professional athletes

Never in the news with so much as a parking ticket. Excellent father. Heavily involved with his kid's activities. Greatest player on the PLANET.

15 years later. Same dude. Same maturity. Same chick. Same family. Reputation intact. Now earning over to $2 million per week. Has sent 1100+ kids to college fully payed for.

If you can't respect THAT, your whole PERSPECTIVE is wack!

That kids is a REAL role model...

Ladies and gentlemen Lebron James"

bummer! good on you for getting back on the horse with benching. but maybe it's time to take a step back from rugby and join adarq.org run skwad.

he'd be joining the adarq.org sprint skwad.

lol :f

ya I always cringe at all of the contact injury setbacks. I had so many of them when I played basketball :/ Rarely do you see anyone who can stay healthy playing contact sports. Lots of injury ridden runners though too.. but that's mostly just training too hard, too often. Mostly completely under one's control.

Yep the downfall of collision sports  :(

Injured and detrained!

I was playing rugby union but as I said I wasn't enjoying it at all. As a result I've quit and I'm back to playing rugby league. Unfortunately I've had an injury riddled season thanks to union.

Timeline-
January broke my thumb, which put me out of action for 6 weeks
March- Trial game union sprained my ankle but tried to train on throughout the pain
April- Still suffering ankle issue
May- Went back to league juggling union. Last week union training re-injured ankle. Played on the weekend league with painkillers and heavily strapped and made the ankle worse plus fucked my other leg with the old nemesis of the achilles.

I have been selected to play state this year for league but the tournament is in 3-4 weeks so I'm not sure if I'll be able to play  :(

Gym first upper body workout for 5 months

Bench-
barx12
60x8
80x8
85x3

Depressing....!!!!

And last but not least.... he can walk the 5km in 18 minutes. Faster than most runners can run the 5km, he could beat them without even running.... The bird can fly but chooses to walk.

that is stupefying.
