Long week. mostly sans power (electrical). I eat like crap and feel like it also.

Knee was bothering me after last Thursdays work out. Been stretching better and it has helped it.

I need to get some more cardio in. decide to do a jump rope circuit. felt good. I will incorporate this set up and see if it gets easier.
It took me until the sixth set to get the 100 turns in with out missing.  :(

Hit my wall on Friday. body was not willing and neither was body. Tried anyway but by the time I finished 1x280 on my warm up, I got pinned hard with 270 on first work set. :uhhhfacepalm:
stopped my workout there.


going to back off and try again. short term goal is 4x270 and 300# atg.

dunked a tennis ball repeatedly, probably 8-10 times. i've been able to jump high enough before but didn't have one on hand. anyway it's the first time i've ever actually put something through the rim. it felt awesome, i was giddy afterward. and i think i actually PR'd for height, too. true 34, for sure. sweet.

I vote if you can get a tennis ball down you need to buy a mini b-ball and dunk that too!

Still adding 10lbs per week on my mix rep squat.
