No power due to snow/ice. gym closed. Lifted in garage with headlights from my truck.
Seems like something Van Damme would have done in a training montage.

good point. I am tripping over kids over here, but they are too big and I would not reach proper depth.

b-ball 1.5 hours

Hit my wall on Friday. body was not willing and neither was body. Tried anyway but by the time I finished 1x280 on my warm up, I got pinned hard with 270 on first work set. :uhhhfacepalm:
stopped my workout there.


going to back off and try again. short term goal is 4x270 and 300# atg.

dunked a tennis ball repeatedly, probably 8-10 times. i've been able to jump high enough before but didn't have one on hand. anyway it's the first time i've ever actually put something through the rim. it felt awesome, i was giddy afterward. and i think i actually PR'd for height, too. true 34, for sure. sweet.

I vote if you can get a tennis ball down you need to buy a mini b-ball and dunk that too!

Weights then b-ball the next day have been wearing on me...... week 4 complete.
Still adding 10lbs per week on my mix rep squat.
4x270 will be pretty close to my 300lb 1rm goal. so one more week.

Getting back into raising my 1RM in squat.
Mixed rep range seems to be helping at the end of week 2, Feeling stronger. also  been drinking a ton of water.
How may weeks can I keep adding 10lbs a week?
