Feel bad for Ariza. Dude went 0-12. Played great d but could not get a jumper to go. Tucker and Gordon played amazing basketball. Harden of course. I hate GSW more right now than i ever hated the Lakers.. but this wont be the year we see them fall

Notes:
Those skinfolds seem to be heading in hte right direction, 3 weeks of dieting behind me. Time to finish the job.

Boston celtics facebook posted a 'We will not bend the knee' and 'its our time' post. Thought that was great. But maybe for the development of these young-uns it's better to lose a heartbreaking game 7 than to win and let it go to their heads, stunting their development. Le Coach

BP 6x70, 2x90, 1x98.5, 0Fx105(Lifetime PR attempt; couldnt lock it out)

The conditioning work ive been doing lately (daily pushups / farmer walks etc) has paid off nicely for upper body. I pause benched that 98.5kg (which is a pause pr come to think of it) and i just couldn't lock out the 102.5kg but if i wasn't cutting maybe it goes up.
