Ever since the last few days or so I have a problem: ass pain. Not as in gluteus pain but assHOLE pain. Probably prostate pain as well... I can't really sit down too much and I can't really sleep well either...

I'm thinking maybe hemorroids? Heavy squats can cause them right? I also used a stationary bike and whenever I stay on that saddle my prostate hurts but not my ass...

Anyone experienced any similar problems from heavy squatting or whatever? Because if it's not generated by this, it could be something serious...

Nah, you couldn't be further from the truth. I mean, yeah, some are obsessed but under no circumstances are they "available" for hard work whatsoever.

The real thing is I'm actually known in the country as being the "vert guy" and all that silly thing and people usually ask me questions, so I send them to TVS and adarq.org . That explains all these people from my country on your forum.

Yeah well I get that a lot when I sprint in my spiked sprinting shoes... it's really great, basically those sprints have a pluralism of effects... ;D

I wonder what 20 rep squats do to strength in that regard. I think you can correlate that with 400m sprints for 100m sprinters.

On the same token, I wonder if jumpsoles really work. I mean, even spiked track shoes act a bit as jumpsoles since the forfoot is elevated vs. the heel.
