I'm not really reactive, I just "look smooth". I don't get too much out of prestretch when jumping off two feet because I'm not a two-footed efficient jumper in any situation.

OK man. Cool.

Hurdle look good. Didnt know we had a hurdler on board. Nice!!  ;D

I dont get how you only jump 7,80 on the three consecutive. Should be longer taking your reactivity into consideration.

I get the feeling you were happy with that. You looked like you wanted to scream at the camera there.

And great stuff. I always liked slvj.

I thought kanter won it Flaner? or is this a different event?

Diamond league is a series of meets where you gather points from your placings. After the last meet a winner of the discipline will be announced. Kanter is ranked 3rd and theres not discus throw in the last meeting. Its still good, but as far as I know only the winner gets a prize.

Yeah hes a beast. His season started strong, but it has gone wrong late season. No medal at the  Euro champs and no wins in Diamond league. Bad for him. Last year he started strong as well, but didnt win the World champs.

Form looks solid from that angle mang.

this race is not that cool...first of all, i get more tired in a good 400m than this race (it's a different kinda tired when you run this race)

Are you daft. Its a world record 800m. Might not be a close competition, but its damn impressive, He runs a 49 seconds first lap and follows up with a 52 lap. Noone in the world can do that, other than him.

Quote
it's too slow of a pace for me, don't like it much

Too slow? Let me see you run a 49sec 400m and then lets see what you can knock out on your second lap.

there is this dude, may have went to  olympics idk or is in college 800m, guy runs, repeat 300m-500m almost every other day when we went to the track(this was the one i talked about, the college 1 that has pro track guys race there, we used it as practice) the guy must have done 30-40 of these repeats(or what seemed to be) at insane pace probably keeping 26-28seconds for 200m time..i mean absolute beast, guy was relentless, took about 1min break in between each 1 and was dead on every time...skinny as a rail 2

And tell me why this guy is more impressive than a guy running a world record 800m. 26-28 200m's is nothing compared to that.

Damnit man. Get a sense of reality.

I love that home gym setup you got. Nice.

And nice jumps. Could be cool if you could dunk of the run.

thanks man & ya i love that gym setup.. that ball is hard to dunk off the run because it's overinflated.. if i had brought out my other ball which is normal inflated, i woulda landed one in that session.. i'll try and not forget to bring it in my car just in case i wanna throw some down off the dribble.. i've got to practice that anyway so :)

peace man

Cool. Looking forward to that then.
