body is feeling great. no knee pain whilst squatting tonight.
Been keeping excellent track of food intake since mid march, which is helping me make numerous positive adjustments.

Knees are finally feeling better. Overall I'm improving lately.

Did a whole mess of jumps tonight. feeling great off one leg lately.
