Explosive!
Plyometrics are a fantastic way for athlete's to improve strength, power and quickness. The depth jump is designed to load the muscles prior to the "explosion".
We have been working with this athlete to specifically improve his explosive power.
The thumb should be placed on top of the bar, so that the wrist can be held in a straight line with the forearm.
