fuck, i just tried it once like 5 mins ago, finger on neck.
abt 60 beats for 1 min. damn
a RHR of 60 isn't bad for power athletes btw, though RHR is a good marker for how in condition someone is, people with insane aerobic + anaerobic conditioning don't have high RHR's.. also, if you want to compare to mine, you'd have to lie down for 5 minutes just relaxing then measure, that's how i measure mine.. it's still low regardless of doing that, but say my 42 might have been 48-50 if i just went from standing up to sitting down + measuring.
peace!
Yeah. I just measured mine to 70 sitting at the computer and working.
ah.. it should get lower with some of the stuff we have planned.
Yeah. To be fair, I had just walked up a flight of stairs. But anyways.
that'll skew it for sure hehe!
Yeah. its not helping.
Damn man. Were going to become beastly beasts. Im aiming for the guy bmully posted in the track and field section
ya you got to get on that level, that guy is intense as fuck.

Good stuff man. When you allow for restitution youll be flying.
ya man, i kind of got the itch to try and get to jumping better multiple days in a row.. i mean if i could pull off a 35 on monday, then on tues, wed, thurs, i'd be flying when i peak my RVJ.. for me it's always been say, 35 on monday, 30-32 on tues, 31-33 on wed, thurs = NEED REST, fri = 35.. i've never been able to repeat a peak session back to back.. so i'm kind of thinking it might be good to try and overcome that a little bit.. i mean my jumping has sucked this last week, but considering the amount of days i've jumped in a row, for me, it's actually really good, especially considering all of the running etc.
i need 40's several days in a row looool.. i'm like 33-34 several days in a row right now, then peak 3" higher.
got to keep my eye on teh prize!QuoteHows that idea coming man? Given it more thought?
i got our convo logged and some notes on it.. i got to post that shit heh! it's marinating right now, but it'll be ready very soon !@$!@
peace
How long does it take for you to do 200 jump rope?
probably only like 2 minutes.. i can get 300-340 in 3 minutes.
peace mang
oo adaraqui why are you doing so much volume? What are you training for?
to become a freak.. i'm training to be able to run a marathon if i wanted, great 10k/5k times, great mile time, sick sprinting speed, and sick running vert.. pretty much the complete package for athleticism.. it requires me training in multiple realms, anaerobic/aerobic.
i want 5k under 16min, 1mile under 5min again, running vert > 40.
peace man
