I was actually being honest. Your mind acts to protect your body. If it weren't you'd get injured a lot. It saved me from a lot of stupid mistakes or doing depth jumps from the 10th floor to be "the hero".

EDIT: That chinese guy absolutely rules.

I have a 41.5 cm VMO, 60 cm thigh and 39 cm calf on my left leg. That's 16.5", 24" and 16" at ~180.

So I pretty much have what Adarqui has but I weigh 30 lbs more.

Right leg: 42 cm VMO, 58 cm thigh 38 cm calf. So 17", 23" and 15". Weird as I always complained about right leg's VMO. It's form is strange, very "short" in length, while the left VMO is long and goes all the way up the thigh.

Well because I want to squat daily, and heavy, for a few reps. It's like telling the body "hey, I am squatting daily and I need maximum intensity whenever I do this stuff, even though in little volume" so when you jump you're getting feedback from that very heavy squatting and generate maximum intensity. Sure, different dynamics but that's the idea.

In terms of jumping I think I should do maximal jumps like this, maybe with a weight vest on. But it's not the time for that right now.
