I didn't watch this game I just watched the highlights. Apart from the Panthers 2nd Touchdown of an OBJ fumble OBJ had an incredible game. He was lit!!! The one hand catch was one thing. His QB skills were another. Check out 4:12-4:37.

Mike Adams is 37 and still jamming as a Safety in the NFL and getting intercepts :headbang:

Pull Ups-
Used a machine and set the weight to 19kg, which made it 19kg easier to do a pullup.

Treadmill-
Walked at 4.6km/h and burnt 200 calories.

My shoulder is slowly getting better and I'm not experiencing as much pain doing chin ups now. Still felt a bit of pain in my collarbone doing the chin ups though but it's getting better week to week.

Tomorrow I've got a physio appointment booked for my hamstring but I might get them to also have a look at my shoulder as well, although my hamstring is definitely my main priority so that I can run again. It'd also be great to be able to do squats again, which I haven't been able to do for the last 7 months!!!

damn that was nuts.

i really like khabib, but man that was so stupid. he really fucked up.

also, seeing conor getting attacked from all angles AFTER a fight, that is so awful.

man this is serious bad blood after that bus incident + all of the shit talk.. i think these guys would have tried to kill each other.

awful.

also: Conor ran into a monster.

Security actually did a great job containing everything. That easily could have escalated into a full scale riot if fans started attacking Khabib's entourage etc.

The guy in red that sucker punched Conor from behind is a dog!

My team the Adelaide 36ers won the 1st and 3rd quarter but the Jazz blew it out in the 4th quarter. The final score wasn't reflective of the contest. The Jazz won by 30 points but at the start of the 4th quarter there was only 3 points in it!

hah.

you going to any of the games? can't imagine there will be too many more?

I wish I could go to the games but all of the pre-season games were held in the USA! There were 7 NBA v NBL games in total but they've all finished now. If NBA teams ever come to my city I'll definitely go the games.

I'll be going to a few 36ers game this season though. That was the first time I got to see my team play since last season.   The team looks strong this year despite losing our best player Mitch Creek to the Brooklyn Nets.

"“I’ve gone from being the last player picked on an NBL roster to MVP of the Adelaide 36ers. Now, I’m close to being on an NBA roster,” Creek wrote.

“The NBA is more than just basketball. That’s why so many people are spat out the other end. Only the best make it. I’m doing everything I can to be among them".

leborn james is 6'8 with a good wing span.... he doesn't really NEED a 43 in vertical to take over.... he can get by with a 35' vertical.....

Depends on the perspective, the goal, where you see yourself going. If you intend to be just good or even very good, I very much agree. Lebron would still be an awesome player with 10'' less vert. But Lebron is not an awesome player, he is the best basketball player that ever lived ( says me, but even the worse hater would have him at top 5 ). If you are out to be GOAT, then you can't settle with getting by at anything. IMHO, for people that are the best in the world, at anything, be it sport, science, music, business, whatever, 'getting by' is an unknown word.

This remind me of that movie.  Whiplash 2014 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDAsABdkWSc

i'm glad that style of coaching rarely works.

Whenver I see that actor I just think of OZ...such a great show!

NBA Pre-Season Game.

Phoenix Suns v New Zealand Breakers (NBL) team.

The margin of the game was always around 10-15 points (it blew out to 19 at one stage) but it become closer in the 4th quarter quarter with the Suns winning by 5 points.
Final score Suns 91 Defeated Breakers 86.

One of my favourite moments was when Jarrad Weeks (6'1 back up PG for the breakers) made a 2 handed slam dunk at the end of the 3rd. Prior to the dunk he missed a couple of free throws so the commentators were saying "if he keeps that up he'll be agent O" then when he made the dunk they were like " I gues he is Agent 97" hahaha.

How old was the BMW? Assuming since it was their fault they're covering your repair costs?

It was 2018 4 series BMW. It was a rental car, which they hired for whatever reason. ofc they will say it's not their fault. So they will not be covering my repair costs. They will rather make a claim against my insurance and all that fun procedure lol.

Bench-
barx12
60x3 this was absolutely killing my right shoulder.

My shoulder injury occurred on the 22nd July over 2 months ago but is still causing me issues.

DB Bench-
I tried doing DB bench as I know dumbbells place less stress on your shoulders.

10x12
20x8 still too painful on my right shoulder. The weight feels weak but the pressure was just too much to handle.

Chin Ups-
7x3

Treadmill-
Walking 125 calories
