Yeah I probably should've gone with 20 kg. The problem I see is that I kind of go towards the toes/quads when I load and land, although I try to do my best to keep it hip loaded on both the take off and landing. My heels just come up and that's annoying.

Yeah that sounds good. So you're not currently doing and sprint technique work, like teaching you how to move, how to "step" on the ground, what the proper mechanics are etc?

Yeah that's a good point. If I bend forward while doing the BSSs I load the quad anyway, so...

By the way - does anybody have any comments on my 1-2 jump squats in terms of loading/rebound speed etc?

By the way - I kind of like to do my BSSs "close" so I get more quad into it. I view it as a quad assistance exercise and not posterior chain, so I do them with a close stance, and with the knee bending quite a bit. I did enough of them really spread out.

Yeah it's tough to explain... you just look more "mobile" and without any weak points... you just look like a complete athlete in these stills. This is the first time I see you as that if I'm to be honest. Before, you just looked "fine". But in these, you look "complete". If that makes sense. Not sure what's going on. Maybe lack of sleep is good. :P

Yeah, why doesn't that smilie work? If I want to use it I have to copy the image location and add it like a regular image.

Anyway, yeah, if you'd throw the ball from the right side of the floor you could go for the backward dunks off lobs.
