i thought it would be much cheaper for you! the only real 'greek' stuff you see a lot here is like fage - which i believe is actually made in greece and stuff, the rest is 'greek style' which has nowhere near the macros - way more sugar + less protein. in fact 'natural yoghurt' is better than the greek style' from what i gather.
on the topic of dairy products - anyone had quark? that also has awesome macros and i found some pretty cheap
The prices here ( at the source ) per kg/lt are ~3,5 euros yogurt, 1,2 euros milk. So almost triple price for yogurt indeed but also almost triple protein ( i am referring to 2% both, yogurt is around 9g/100g protein , milk is around 3,5g/100ml ). So about the same price per protein g here. Also, yogurt has all the milk nutrients and extra probiotics , plus it is ok ( or at least milder ) for lactose intolerant people.
