Haha, yeah.  We bring our plants in during the winter, and you gotta be able to fry a turkey or boil some crawfish!! 

I've had some training but not in a while.  When I was in the army I did a lot of combatives, and had a few mma fights.

The MSEM makes me feel great after the workout. I just looked back and a little over a month ago I could only rep 265#'s once.
Tonight I hit 10 reps @255 MSEM. major PR for me. I am shooting to test my SVJ on saturday.

Thought I'd throw this one up there.  Man, I've lost a lot of techinique.  Dropping my hands, not slipping low, off balance, not turning my hips on lead leg kicks, weak left elbows, etc.  You'll see.
